Rhubarb Gose

Pleasure House Brewing Company opened in 2014, the labor of love of history teacher Drew Stephenson, his teaching wife Alex, and bartender Tim O’Brien. They’re dedicated to making good beer and serving the Virginia Beach community. Well, we’re not in their community, but we can enjoy their beer. The Shark Tears Gose is kettle soured with salt reduced from 20 lbs. of sea water brought in by a customer! Beneath the Gose’s tart, saltiness, there’s a current of fruitiness due to chopped rhubarb in the kettle. All these flavors start lightly, building as you go through the glass.
