From Portland (no, the other one, in Maine), comes Peak Organic Brewing’s newest Double IPA! Ripe is in the new “juicy,” New England IPA style. To fill it with the fresh, fruity taste we’ve grown to expect from the great hazy ones, Peak has thrown in an “immoderate” amount of El Dorado and Azacca hops, throwing off mango, pineapple, and citrus notes as if tropical flavors were going out of style. And, of course, all the malts and hops are sourced from Peak’s favorite organic farms. When you like this beer, just remember to tell your friends where you got it!
