Agriverde, a family run winery, has been around for two centuries. They have won awards for the quality of their wine and as pioneers of organic wine making. They utilize biodynamic practices, native yeast fermentation, and hand harvesting. But before we learned all this, we re-tasted this Montepulciano after many years and were impressed with its quality and price. This is delicious stainless steel fermented wine with rich and savory fruit and easy-going tannins. Piane Di Maggio is versatile with food and perfect by the glass or jugful!
