Their Whiskers on Kittens is a blonde sour ale with a mix of Crystal 10 and Torrified barley malts, wheat malts, and flaked oats. It’s soured by Lactobacillus bacteria and has rose petals thrown in for good measure. All those ingredients come together in an easy-drinking ale, which boasts some sweet, floral notes on top of its sourness.
