A seasoned Saison makers’ Saison!

Imagine you’ve got a Blues band and B.B. King offers to write a song with you. That’s what it’s like to be Portland, ME’s Allagash Brewing Co and to have multi-generational Belgian Saison brewers Brasserie Dupont offer to collaborate. The Brewers’ Bridge is their joint creation using Dupont’s Saison yeast and using Cascade hops from Allagash’s grower. Even though Cascade is the vanguard hop for the American IPA, Allagash delicately applies it here allowing its signature citrus to trickle through the banana and clove notes of the Saison, only building on the finish. The whole Saison is refreshing and delicious, giving building bridges a good name.
