Domaine Estrade Vin de Pays des Côtes de Gascogne Blanc 2017

Regularly $12.99/on sale for $10.96

Domaine Estrade is in the town of Fourcès, in Gascony in Southwest France.

The Estrade family has been farming a mix of grains and grapes here since 1962.

The vines average thirty to forty years of age and are harvested at night when temperatures are coolest, which preserves fresh aromatics and avoids having to artificially chill down the grapes. Much of the electrical power at the domain comes from solar panels, and water used in cellar operations is recycled.  This crisp, summery white is a blend of 40% Columbard, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, and 30% Ugni Blanc.
