Those magical, mad brewers at Stone Brewing Company have been putting out their “Enjoy By” series since 2012 — featuring fresh IPAs with a “drink by” date guaranteeing maximum hop freshness. Each brew has been a lupu-licious offering to the Altar of the Hop, and in all that time they’ve never done a New England Style IPA … until now.

The Stone Enjoy By 04.20.21 is a hazy IPA that is juicy and Stone-like at the same time. New Zealand’s Rakau hop — a hop described by its developer as providing “the entire orchard” — does the heavy lifting as far as the beer’s juiciness goes. However, right beside it, our old friend the Citra hop provides a stinging citrus structure. Stone makes the two of them play off of each other.

Make sure you take a pause for the cause with this year’s Enjoy By 04.20.21!
