Coming from importer Jorgé Ordóñez the Breca Garnacha de Fuego was a staple of the shop in the old days and we tasted it again recently for the first time in a long time. It is full of generous fruit balanced by the freshness and acidity brought by cool evening temperatures, a mix of slate and quartz soils, organic, dry farmed vines, and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks.
