Tenuta Fernanda Capello is a sustainable winery located in Friuli Grave DOC. The gravelly limestone soils and winds coming from the alps make for the aromatic and minerally white wines the area is most well known for. Like the Graves AOC in Bordeaux, the name of the region comes from the stony soils. This Chardonnay is the perfect cool weather choice for aperitif or vegetable/seafood food dishes.
