The Mary Taylor Côtes de Gasgogne is made by the Gessler family. The Gesslers operate a fourth generation (sustainable and organic) vineyard with 20 full time employees in this beautiful part of Southwest France. They make wines from grapes indigenous to Gascony like Ugni Blanc and Colombard. These grapes are also used to make Armagnac, a brandy and region that shares the same land as Côtes de Gascogne. White wines from this region are bright and zippy, and this particular wine is no exception! It is fresh and citrusy, and perfect as an aperitif or with any dish that could likewise use a spritz of lemon.
