We love family wineries in general, and we fell for this Penedès winery in particular about a month ago. Everything they make is of extraordinary quality, and some of their higher-priced wines are the most exciting, rich, and profound Spanish reds we've recently encountered. Fortunately for our Summertime preference for lighter-body wines (and for our wallets!), they also make a line of incredibly good value wines, and those are the ones we will be tasting this evening.
