Five Reasons to Do an Evil Twin Tasting
Evil Twin is like few other breweries, and their uniqueness alone makes them interesting. That and their beers have given them a bit of a cult following. What are we talking about ... ?
First off, it's not a "them" as much as it's a "him and those others." That's because, secondly, it's not a brewery as much as it's the brainchild of Danish brewmaster Jeppe Janit-Bjergsø, who started as a "gypsy brewer," wandering around the world, brewing his beers at different breweries.
He now has a stable of 10 or so breweries that regularly brew his concoctions.
His portfolio is so vast and varied, the only thing to do is just dive into it and try to get a feel for the brews.
They're effervescent elixirs of excellent hop and barley extraction!
