Like many people, we used to be dubious about fruit in beer. We imagined the juice of whatever turning our brews into sweet, alcoholic Kool-Aid.
Then we tasted a number of them, and it quickly got through our presuppositions that what fruit did in beer depended on what fruit was done to beer and what you did with that fruit in beer
After all, the Belgians and Germans have been juicing up their beer for a long time, and it's not like they don't know what they're doing.
