Domaine Brocard makes beautiful, classic burgundies using careful organic and biodynamic principles and we have a fantastic example of their chablis on our shelf right now. This wine of the week, however, is a new project from Brocard using fruit from the loire, languedoc, and burgundy to make this burgundian style chardonnay at the Brocard winery. A delicious, clean, and minerally wine that will compliment all manner of salads and seafood feasts. Sometimes a classic choice is where it’s at.
