This brew is number four of six in Southern Tier’s Science is the Art Collection — a collection of Double IPAs whose names and labels follow a little space adventure. Like their previous brew-stallment, the Help! On the Way! is an unfiltered Double IPA with tropical hops. To help the whole tropical nature of the enterprise,  Southern Tier adds mango puree and then a little lactose to creamify and sweeten the deal. We liked number three so much, we’ve made number four Beer of the Week, as it promises to be even better!
