Les Deux Moulins is a 100% Pinot Noir, blended from two different vineyard sites: one located in the Loire Valley, and the other in the Languedoc. The Loire vineyards (in Chateaumeillant) are sand and gravel and give the wine elegance and finesse, while the Languedoc fruit adds depth of color and richness. Joshua Adler, founder of micro-importer Paris Wine Company, uses his long relationships with French growers to create these custom bottlings (keep your eyes open for a Deux Moulins Rosé coming soon!) and they are dedicated to keeping the costs reasonable and the quality high.
