With this unfiltered IPA, Collective Arts Brewing Company from Hamilton, ON has done an impressive thing. They have bittered and have dry-hopped it double time with loads of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, and Centennial hops. Yet, they have managed to coax a balanced presentation of citrus and tropical fruit notes from this beer’s hop profile. It is smooth and balanced and, on top of all that, it comes in at a ridiculously light 4.1% ABV! Why weren’t people talking about this beer when lower alcohol fare was all the rage? Well, now we have a light-bodied, yet tasty, IPA to take us out of the last of the hot weather.
