"Lotus seeds can lay dormant for over a thousand years before blooming under ideal conditions. Bloom is a 6% Hazy IPA featuring Lotus and Citra hops. Bloom also was designed to be one of our lowest color IPAs to date. This beer was initially scheduled to be brewed in late March to Bloom in April. The pandemic forced these labels to lay dormant until now. We find citrus, melon with hints of mint and spice make this a truly unique IPA."
