The Hop Tropikos Series is the first thing that made us fall in love with the beer from Basic City Brewing Company over the mountain in Waynesboro. It’s their experimental IPA series, and we think we first dialed into it with 004. Now we’re up to 007, and each new incarnation remains something we look forward to. 

In this episode, 007 must confront the mysterious hop “Calisto.” Where is it from? What does it do? Is that it’s real name, and what are its plans?
