Reason likes a robust stout. Even though the beers may have a big malt bill, Reason still wants you to have the bitterness from the hops.

However, this batch of the Barrel-Aged Inexorable is over a year and half old. In that time, the hops have mellowed until now when they are all soft flavor without the sharp sting. The change gives the Barrel-Aged Inexorable a near-smokiness. It’s great if you like that kind of thing … and we do (and think you might too.)
