Nearly every great wine is a blend of at least two grapes, whether it admits it on the label or not. This Friday we will sample a wide range of wines that use the technique of blending in a variety of ways: from the overt to the very subtle. Come and see if you can tease apart the various grapes, or just enjoy some of our favorite wines without thinking about it too much! The estimable Jeff Latchum of Williams Corner Wine will be our guest, so you know it’s going to be delicious!
