Though originating in China and Tibet, the yuzu fruit was brought to Japan half a millennium ago. With it's aromatic zest and citrus juice, the Japanese use it quite frequently in their cuisine. So, it should be no surprise to find Japanese craft brewer Hitachino Beer brewing with it. We're curious to try it. Aren't you?
