Southern Tier Battle in Four Dimensions
New England Style DIPA

It’s beer No. 5 in Southern Tier’s six part science fiction space opera themed Double IPA series — Battle in Four Dimensions! As with the previous installment, this DIPA is in the unfiltered “New England Style.” However, this one eschews our tropical fruit hops and leans on the grapefruit flavors of Amarillo. Still, Southern Tier has kept the IBUs low so that you get the Amarillo flavor without the full bitter bite (all the better to drink more and more of them!) They’ve also thrown in a just a touch of beet juice to give the brew “a supernova red color.”
